     Jack Schafer, PE is a Professional Environmental Engineer,  as well as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist, working with Solid Source Realty.  He has been involved in Real Estate since 1985, and is part of Solid Source's group of Niche Specific Professionals, that will mentor with you to assist you with your Commercial Real Estate needs. 

      As part of the commercial mentoring team, I bring to the table a solid 20+ year career of business management, real estate development, and engineering.  I have experience with assemblages and zoning issues, and specializes in marketing small business properties, office condos,  free standing retail properties, professional buildings, and special interest projects.
